Went for Track n field's camp bbq, before that meet up with kai yin first for lunch at clementi then after that wait for grace and the rest for trg at stadium. Join them for training though not running for poly 50. There is butterfly in my stomach when i think of running fast pace. Too long din run fast, muscle kind of weaken. My stamina drop abit but not very jiat lat. Did 3oom x5 sets. I'm really damm happy that i finish all the sets. i did push after all. Hang on~~~ wohooo..now my thigh muscle ache..
Coach said i look fatter than las time. When i reach hm, i went to weigh, and i found myself to be 57kg going 60!!! OMG..i tot parallex error or scale not in accuracy..=( Though i don look like 57 but i am! Coz my ht is 170 so still average, and BMI is in the range..HEHE..
gain 5 kg in 3 months. coz of the eating and eating while working in the office. But i still look skinny...hmm..where does all the food goes? My height??? what abt my hair?? HAHA..
my hair is growing extremely slow..patience. i'm not going to cut it till shoulder length.
Today is 2nd assessment of probation, but mgr seems to don rmb. HA. i nearly forget too.
